Dugald Christie-Johnston

Dugald began coaching when attending a coaching workshop and realising it would transform his world.  Devoting his time to coaching he feels privileged that his passion is his work.

Dugald loves to combine coaching with and activity like walking or surfing (his favorite).  With more blood to the brain people think better and the work-life balance makes for happier entrepreneurs and employees.

Coaching and Business Experience

Dugald began his working career in 1990 as a secondary school teacher for seven years before moving into the IT industry. He worked as a software and technical trainer in London, and then transitioned into networking as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.  IT Project Management followed, first at Drake Training, and then at Bized Services.

Back in Australia, Dugald joined ANZ Human Resources in 2001 as a project manager for the Breakout Team focussing on Cultural Change.  In 2003 Dugald returned to his passion for Learning and Development, transitioning into the role of Executive Coach and Coach Facilitator.

Dugald coaches at all levels within the corporate world, from Senior Executives through to Team Leaders and Frontline staff; working with high flyers through to poor performers.  He also specialises in the design and facilitation of workshops intended to improve the core coaching competencies of participants.

Dugald is an active member of the International Coach Federation, including time as Co-Chair of Marketing in Victoria.
