Helen has been at the forefront of structured whole system organisational change in Australia and Asia for over twenty-five years working across a wide range of industry sectors.
She has been coaching and consulting with alll types of organisations from small family businesses to multinational companies.

• Internationally recognised expert working with organizations in Papua New Guinea and Bangladesh.
• Is retained by the American Management Association in China as an organization development consultant for both Chinese and foreign firms working in China.
• Has been influential in the ongoing development of the Grid International tools based on her unique insight and comprehension of the challenges faced by organizations wanting to do things better.
• Has collaborated extensively with other Organisational Change and Culture Development specialists in ensuring practical and meaningful intervention tools and processes remain relevant in today’s market place.
