Barb is a Business Coach and Trainer with 35 years of experience in education and business.
She is passionate about quality educational programs that incorporate a coaching methodology to enhance the learners experience and support the implementation of their new skills into their workplace and community.
Coaching and Business Experience
Barb has worked with a range of organisations both nationally and internationally to train teachers and business managers. Her formal qualifications and extensive experience in education, leadership and business combine to deliver training that is consistently relevant to and applicable in management roles and workplace relationships.
Some of her experience includes:
• Delivery of Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching to Gippsland Grammar
• Consultant Trainer in the Leadership Development and Coach’s Programs at Crown Melbourne.
• Consultant Trainer to Workplace Training Advisory Authority (WTAA)
• Training of teachers and school leaders in Information and Communication Technology pedagogies in India and Banda Aceh for the IBM Corporate Community Program
• Delivering Human Resources training, with a specific focus on industrial relations, to primary producers throughout Australia on behalf of Dairy Australia.
• Coaching educational leaders, instructional designers and business executives.
• Teaching and leadership roles in both the State and Private education sectors.
