Testimonials
Kathy McKenzie has a professional coaching style, and it is through this style that we built a coaching alliance that is powerful and rewarding. Amazing results have been achieved, and still are being achieved as a result of this alliance.
My coaching relationship with Kathy began in November 2003, and continues to this day. Kathy is able to get me to open up and explore my map of the world and the realities I see. She does this in a supportive and encouraging environment, using structured process, which has produced effective outcomes.
Since my first meeting with Kathy, my life has changed for the better. I have achieved significant personal goals, and as a result of Kathy's continued and inspiring support I have chosen a new career path in coaching. I have also achieved a greater sense of balance and success in my life.
Natalie, formerly of Mentor Training
I hired Kathy as a coach for a number of matters over a number of weeks in 2003. The coaching relationship was from memory in August 2003 over a period of approximately 3/4 weeks. I was very satisfied with my coaching experience, ventured into new positive directions as a result. Kathy was very patient, listened, asked lots of questions and explored opportunities to move me from my position.
I left having enjoyed the Journey as well as the Destination while being clearly on a new path. I have had a very positive experience and recommend Kathy as a coach to others.

Ms Kathy McKenzie was employed by Qlicksmart to coach one staff member (our part-time accountant) and Smartstream to coach two staff members (one account manager and one communication manager). The coaching started in Dec 2004 and is still ongoing.
The feedback from the individual staff was excellent and based on this and the increased staff morale and productivity the coaching contract has been extended. Ms McKenzie has also been employed to run one other staff workshop.
