Patricia is a highly motivated facilitator with a passion for coaching.
Originally from a Project Management background, Patricia’s love of facilitation began when she was recruited to train staff in the Fundamentals of Project Management and Facilitation Skills during a Consulting assignment at a leading financial institution. Her experience in coaching began when former participants in the course contacted her seeking guidance and advice in applying what they had learned.
